How to buy

1. What this platform is

MMOPIX is an offer showcase, not a shop. We list partner offers and, later, sellers who list themselves.

Payment for an offer is taken by the seller on their own payment system. The Platform does not touch other people’s money and does not pay sellers out.

2. How to buy an offer

In short:

• Find the game or service in the catalog, search, or Offers.
• Open the card and check the price, seller, reviews and description.
• Click buy and fill in any order fields.
• Complete payment with the seller or their payment partner. Today that is usually Digiseller; when sellers list themselves they will take payment on their own systems.
• The seller delivers the item or service under their rules. MMOPIX does not take or run that payment.

3. Steam top-up

Steam wallet top-up is a Platform service, not a third-party offer. It is under Steam Top-up in the menu.

Enter the Steam login for sign-in (not the nickname), the amount and an email. Payment goes through the payment partner on the order page. Top-up is automatic: the money goes to the login you entered.

Check the login before paying. If you entered someone else’s or a wrong login and the credit has already gone through, the payment cannot be refunded.

4. Do you need an account

You can browse without signing in. An account is useful for the cabinet, Platform order history, reviews and support.

Offer payment still happens with the seller. Registering on MMOPIX does not make us a party to that deal.

5. If something goes wrong

For an offer, write to the seller and their payment system’s support — they took the payment. We can help you find the card and any order data the Platform has.
